Need help on my W-2 2010 income Tax Return?

Can i claim my 2 little sister and brother for my W-2. Some one please help me figure dis out? Dis is my first time doing my W-2 income Tax Return dis year. Dis takes place in California. And when i go file my W-2 income Tax Return do i need to bring my California I.D. Card?
