Acer aspire 3680- "No Device" message?

I have an acer aspire 3680 and almost 3/4 of the times that I boot it up my wireless does not connect. About half the time I can simply reset the wireless device on the front of the computer and it will work. The other half of the time when I try that, a message pops up saying "no device" and I cannot connect to ANY network. I have to reboot and then it works ok again. Any ideas?
