Mortgage calculator at bankrate.?

I would like to get a loan of 70k (30 year fixed only) with possible interest rate of 5% (perfect credit). I looked on mortgage calculator on bankrate.com and it is showing a monthly payment of $375.78. This is gonna be my firts mortgage. Is this really gonna be of what I would end up paying per month (Is it something I should be aiming at getting etc...). What are the traps etc, how to get a good deal like that? Thanks.
