Acer Aspire one D250-1042 Partition Restore CD?

I accidentally deleted the recovery driver partition from the hard drive. Now I am trying to find a download I can use to install it back. I tried to install windows but I get a black screen saying "Cannot Load Windows". Where can I get something that does this?
