Unmountable_boot_volume?

I have a acer aspire 1 and i had the program that's supposed to recovery it(i wanted it to run faster) so when it was recovering my laptop it windows said unmountable_boot_volume? can anyone help. also i dont see a run in safe mode on this laptop.
