If WI budget was $121M in Black, but Business Tax Cuts put them in the Red, why shouldn't Teachers protest?

Why bother? They refuse to listen to logic. Tax cuts count in a budget as spending. I guess they either forgot about or don't know about the tax cuts in the stimulus bill that they have been screaming about because it's too much spending.
