How to fix my Acer Aspire One?

I did the bios thingy with fn+esc and the power button and that resolved my issue on the screen not working completely, but now my computer wont boot up windows and i cannot find out how to fix it, it will go to the screen where it says safe mode and all that and I've tried everything and it will not boot windows when i try it just restarts the computer and keeps doing that. Help would be greatly appreciated!
