Download windows xp home edition sp3 oem?

Hello i have an acer aspire one notebook and there windows xp hme edition sp3 oem installed in it ................ i have the product key backside of the notebook ........now i want to format my notebook but don't have the installation cd ........ can i download from any site and use this key which makes it genuine??
