Acer Aspire one problems?

I have been trying to restore my laptop back factory settings, but it won't let me. Let me clear this up before hand though it's the 8.9" Acer so it doesn't have a disc drive, I tried the ALT+F10 at the Acer start up screen, but is says something about system 32 and what not, I tried using the Acer eRecovery program and when it says to click OK everything is unknown and OK is non clickable and I tried using system tools to restore it back to an earlier date, but it says unable to preform task. So I ask you... WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH MY LAPTOP!?!? And yes i am asking this while using said laptop. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
