Making a new Facebook profile picture?

I want to make a new Facebook profile picture, a unique one. I wanted to find a website that I can make a cool picture with. I've seen pictures like someone made there face in a pokemon card, or their face on picture being held up by an old guy, etc. (I don't know any websites that allow you to place your picture in another one or something)
